GENERAL INFO FOR HOSTING SEMINARS:
BEFORE YOU CALL TO SCHEDULE A
LOCAL seminar see our scheduling
guidelines below. In this document,
the terms seminar, event or engagement
will also apply to workshops, schools
and conferences.
If you
desire to book Prophet Carlotta Waldmann
for an engagement, please fill out
the following form and submit. Our
office will pray over your engagement
request and will be in personal contact
with you. For inquiries, call Carlotta
at
850-830-8584.
WHILE ONLY THE LEADERS can book a
seminar for a ministry or church, it is
not necessary to register a large number
of people as long as our personal and
travel expenses are paid and an offering
is taken every day.
TO HOST A SEMINAR PROVIDE ALL
INFORMATION BELOW:
Hosts in other countries should write in
their special requests and still fill in
each box.
Because we have
been hacked several times, we are not
using working forms. Please
highlight, copy and paste these options
into an email, fill in, and send them to
us at contactus@cwlinc.com
Thank you.

WHAT IS
HOSTING A WORKSHOP OR SEMINAR LIKE? |
|
Teaching and training
seminars help people understand themselves, God and others,
understand God's Word and activate them hearing the voice of
God. Each seminar is partly biblical teaching,
demonstrations and partly group activation. We purpose to
support the vision of your house and to help teach, train
and activate your membership
to serve in your church.
|
|
SCHEDULES MAY INCLUDE
RESTORATION PRAYER MINISTRY
APPOINTMENTS FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE APPLIED.
|
|
EXAMPLE: A TYPICAL 2
1/2 DAY SEMINAR SCHEDULE: |
|
Most of the schools will
have a schedule similar to the one below. All sessions,
however, are subject to the leadings of the Holy Spirit.
Please note that some
sessions are designed to invite moves of the Holy Spirit and
to following His
leading, rather than a rigid schedule.

3-7 DAY SEMINARS ARE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.
|
|
FINANCIAL
CONSIDERATIONS: |
|
1. |
Carlotta and Lou
do NOT CHARGE ANY SET FEE to
minister with you. They are with you to serve and
they trust the Lord to meet their needs. |
|
2. |
They will receive
one free-will offering per day. They will also
give an invitation for prayer and financial
partnership at some point in the seminar. |
|
3. |
The host church
is responsible for travel and lodging expenses
of the team. |
|
4. |
The host church
is responsible for airport pick-ups and drop-offs
and for transporting the team back and forth to the
sessions. |
|
5. |
The local church
provides accommodations and meals for the team.
We are happy to be hosted with church families (in a
comfortable and VERY QUIET environment) and to eat
home cooked meals. Expensive hotel rooms and
restaurant meals are not necessary. We eat "healthy"
so we have energy to minister to you! High fat and
high sugar menus slow us down, |
|
6. |
The host church
is responsible for setting up the facility,
sound, janitorial needs, and providing resource
tables in a visible location. |
|
|
|
|
|
PUBLICITY
CONSIDERATIONS: 20-30 DAYS IN ADVANCE
PLEASE |
|
7. |
The host church
will advertise to the local churches and the
region via their email list as well as producing
and distributing handouts, posters etc. Use local
newspapers and free radio public service
announcements. |
|
8. |
We suggest the
sponsoring church advertize on a website with
all the pertinent information (i.e. registration
info, fee, contact phone numbers, map of church or
directions, accommodation information.) |
|
|
|
|
|
SOUND AND WORSHIP
CONSIDERATIONS: |
|
9. |
You can use your worship
team or we will use CD worship with your player. |
10. |
Please feel free
to record the seminar, but we ask a few
things: |
|
|
a. |
Please give us a set of the
recorded sessions before we leave or mail
them to our office. |
b. |
If students want to purchase the entire
set of recordings, we ask them to purchase
the official set available at the resource
table. |
c.
|
If a registered student misses a
session, they may purchase that one
individual recorded session (if you wish to
make it available). |
|
|
11. |
The local church is welcome
to record the sessions but not to distribute the set
unless our advisors review them for accuracy
and release them. We will be distributing our own
recordings as an outreach to the nations. |
|
|
|
|
|
REGISTRATION AND
RESOURCES CONSIDERATIONS: |
|
12. |
The hosting
church is responsible for the school or seminar
registrations. The registration fee will be
charged to the student by the church in order to
cover all the hosting expenses (i.e. airfare,
accommodation, meals, etc). |
|
13. |
We ask that US hosting
churches photocopy a small manual for each
student, which we send to you and is only a few
pages long. Any extra monies collected that are
above the expenses belong to the hosting
church/ministry. We suggest a registration fee
depending on your expenses. |
|
14. |
We have a policy that no
one is turned away for lack of funds. Mature
teens are encouraged to register but children need
to be in childcare so that students can be free to
receive all that the Holy Spirit offers. |
|
15. |
When training ministers for
ministry, we only allow “drop-in” or last minute
registrations on the first evening only.
Training is in a precept-upon-precept format, so
students should commit to the entire seminar.
Registration is closed after session 1. |
|
16. |
If possible for US seminars,
we would like 2-3 volunteers to help with
registration and 1 or 2 material/book tables.
